Preparation
Mix the salt, sugar chopped chilies, chopped garlic, fish sauce, chopped peanuts and lime juice to make the source. Us the quantities to fit taste.
Cook the rice noodles and let cool. Cut the cucumbers, carrots into strips. Coarsely chop the herbs and mint. Wrap the cucumber, carrots, rice noodles, herbs and mint tightly in the rice tortilla. Leave to cool a little longer and then cut the rolls in half and place on serving dish next to the dip bowl and serve
